Clinic Can't Print

The Clinics are connected to a virtual printer server. If everyone cannot print in the clinic, most likely you need to restart or reset the virtual.

Get the IP addressing scheme of the site.

Connect to the printer server by putting the IP address, x.x.x.9 in a web browser.

Click on Virtuals to show the print server virtual running.

Select Action restart or reset.

If you cannot ping x.x.x.9, you need to power on the server.

Go to x.x.x.12. Log in as administrator, psw Sideshowb@b.

Click the power on button, select hold briefly. Power button should be green to show the server is on.
