Updating Users View

  1. Open appointment book

  1. Click on view in taskbar
  2. Click on “Manage Views

  1. Click on “Select” to choose the User.

  1. Type “enterprise” in the ProviderID box, then hit Enter to pull in the enterprise account.
    1. Hit OK

  1. Select all clinics (crtl +a) in top box (Orange arrow) then select all clinics (ctrl +a) in the “Available Views” (green arrow)
    1. MAKE SURE TO EXCLUDE CENTRAL , CTRL-Left click mouse
    2. Then select top carrot “>”
    3. Then select “Copy to other users

  1. Find User. Highlight the user and Then select top carrot “>”, then hit copy.
    1. Patient Concierge “fd_XXX”
    2. Dental Assistant (DA) “da_XXX”
    3. TC (Treatment Coordinator) “cm_XXX or om_XXX”
    4. GM (General Manager) “cm_XXX”
    5. Insurance Dept. “in_XXX”
    6. Finance “fn_XXX”
    7. Viewgol “vg _XXXX”
    8. iSpace “is_XXXX”

  1. Click “Overwrite All” then hit continue.
