In Dentrix go to:
Maintenance - Practice Setup - Security Setup - Security Rights Setup
Find the user in Dentrix,
Select By Group
Click Add under Assigned Groups
Pop Up
In Groups click Add and select Treatment Coordinator and Add to Selected Groups
Under Clinics give them access to all clinics but 00-HQ and Central.
Add Selected Clinics.
Click Right Arrow to add to queue
Process queue

If they ask for General Manager Access, select General Manager in group and they will need access to reports such as
Day sheet deposit
Suspended Credit
Procedures Not Attached to Insurance
This is a step under Access To Reports procedure.
Access to Reports – Dentrix
**See last PAGE FOR ACCESS BASED ON JOB OR ROLE**
- Click on DX One Reports.
- Click on Security. (wait for it to load. 1-2 business days haha lol jk lmao)
- Search by Dentrix id… first letter only.
- Patient Concierge “fd_XXX”
- Dental Assistant (DA) “da_XXX”
- TC (Treatment Coordinator) “cm_XXX or om_XXX”
- GM (General Manager) “cm_XXX”
- Insurance Dept. “in_XXX”
- Finance “fn_XXX”
- Viewgol “vg _XXXX”
- iSpace “is_XXXX”
- Find report on bottom left column.
- Give all rights to report.
- Select all clinics
- Select all providers/staff.
**IF USER IS A PROVIDER SEE NEXT STEP**
